Natural Electrolyte Drink

I give this recipe out several times a week during the warmer months to ensure that all my patients are staying hydrated. It is delicious, satisfying, and ensures hydration.

  • 1/3 part coconut water

  • 1/3 part filtered water

  • 1/3 part natural juice - no sweeteners added please! I like to use apple, grape, cranberry (very tart), my summer favorite watermelon, grapefruit, orange, or a mixture of some sort.

  • A pinch of natural salt. My favorite is Premier Research Labs pink salt

Mix, stir, and enjoy.
