Esoteric Acupuncture & Yoga Workshop

This Saturday, April 29th 2023 Dr Lisa Swanson, DAIM, L.Ac. will be teaching a workshop focusing on the Merkabah Spin pattern, a sequence of Esoteric acupuncture points. The class will integrate Kundalini Yoga, Esoteric Acupuncture, and a Gong Bath sound healing. We will begin at 2PM at Harumi Yoga and Healing House at 10051 E Dynamite Blvd., G105 in Scottsdale, Arizona 85262. Class size will be limited to 8 participants, 2 hr workshop, $70. This workshop will be repeated on July 1st 2023.

The Merkabah Spin pattern activates and aligns the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th chakras. The 4th chakra resides in the heart and brings us into our feelings. The 5th chakra lies in the throat and assists in our communication and the way we speak. The 6th chakra is between the eyebrows and holds our intuition and how we perceive things. The 7th chakra is located on the very top if the head and connects us to the Celestial Heavens and what is beyond us. It is a wonderful pattern that illuminates the upper triangle and allows us to feel and express love effortlessly.
