What is the most important thing you put into your body?
Water. Simple and easy to do - drink water. By weight, the cells in our body are 80% water, 15% protein, 3% fat, 1% carbohydrate, and 1% nucleic acid. By drinking plenty of water you are insuring that your body's functions are carried out at optimal level. Depending on where you live and the moisture, or lack thereof, in the air will determine how much you need to drink.
