We provide health care in the form of Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Yoga, and Functional Medicine to serve our community.

About Us

Since August 2023, DAFM has been offering services in Tucson, Scottsdale, and Phoenix communities.

DAFM was founded by:

Dr. Lisa Swanson, DAIM, L.Ac., Executive Director, Doctor of Integrative Medicine and Acupuncture
Patricia Kazmierowski, L.Ac., Board Member, Kaiser Permanente Oncology Acupuncturist
Christopher Kelly, Board Member, Kaiser Permanente Managerial Consultant

Our goal is to expand and provide services to communities in need. Our belief is that if we are able to provide relief to those who are struggling most our entire community, country, and world benefits.

We are here to help. If you know of a group in need, nominate them, and we will put them on our list. If you would like to give towards a specific project please let us know where you desire your donations to be applied.
